On June 11th, the 2020 edition of Premiére, the OROAREZZO contest, IEG’s international goldsmith event, was presented to the digital community of the Jewelry world. The official Instagram profile of the event hosted the art director of OROAREZZO as well as the honorary president of Camera Buyers of Fashion Beppe Angiolini and Marco Carniello, Group Brand Director Jewelry & Fashion of VICENZAORO, for the official presentation of the new competition. If in fact the event dedicated to Made in Italy jewelry has been postponed to 2021, Premiére has instead been confirmed and will take place entirely digitally. The theme of the thirtieth edition will be the “Re_Start”, a real invitation to relaunch the tricolor jewel. The jury composed of journalists, bloggers and showbiz personalities will select the jewels of the 2020 edition. The contestants this year will also compete for a special “digital” prize, which will be awarded to the most appreciated and voted online jewel. Another new feature is the Premiére Live Stage, a series of digital meetings that will take place on the IEG webinar platform, during which all companies will have the opportunity to present their creations. The appointment for everyone will therefore be on social channels and on the platform to discover the jewels in competition, while the award ceremony will be scheduled for next July 20th.
